An Honest Pet Breeder

Borealis Acres Maine Coons is a brand new Maine Coon Cat Breeder in North Central Alberta, Canada. We have been involved with breeding animals since 2010, when what started out as a single planned German Shepherd pregnancy turned into a fulfilling and life-changing experience.  Although we no longer breed German Shepherds, we do still breed Speckle Park Cattle and a rare breed of draught horse, Shires.  And now we have chosen to join the world of cat breeding for companionship!  Our main priority is ensuring the health and well-being of all our animals from birth until they leave with their forever family - and beyond.  Please stay tuned for our first planned litter, expected in later 2024 from our foundation pair of Maine Coons, the beautiful Jewels and Mister George (as named by our four year old son).

Our future kittens will be sold as pets only, neutered or spayed before rehoming, and each kitten will come with an owner's certificate from Borealis Acres as well as a certified medical record and all vaccinations and dewormings up to date.
